Nonprofit Wizard is operated by Benny Labs Foundation Inc. This page explains information collected through our educational website, consultation requests, and optional email list.
Consultation requests
We collect the name, callback number, and any optional details you provide so our team can respond to your questions. Requests are stored securely through Netlify and emailed through Resend to pobox50@gmail.com and bennygoldstein@msn.com. Consultation requests are separate from newsletter subscriptions. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank information, or sensitive identifiers.
The optional AI request helper
If you choose to use the Wizard helper, its messages are processed by an Anthropic model through our relay to organize your request. The conversation summary is included with the request sent to our team. The helper does not file applications. You may use the ordinary contact form instead.
Weekly article subscriptions
Joining the newsletter is separate from requesting a consultation. We collect your email address and your express subscription choice to send Nonprofit Wizard articles and related educational updates. The signup service uses Netlify for form storage and Resend for subscription emails when configured. Those providers process the information needed to deliver the service.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the instructions in an email, or email bennygoldstein@msn.com with the subject “Unsubscribe from Nonprofit Wizard.†Tell us the address to remove. We do not sell your email or add consultation requests to the newsletter automatically.
Technical information
The website and our service providers may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, for hosting, security, and delivery. We use GitHub Pages for the public website. Embedded third-party services and external links operate under their own policies.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Email bennygoldstein@msn.com or use the consultation form. We retain records as needed to respond to requests, maintain subscription choices, and meet applicable obligations.
Children and sensitive information
This resource is intended for adults exploring nonprofit organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Please keep sensitive personal and organizational records out of the public forms and helper.
